It is my commitment to provide only the freshest cakes possible with only the best ingredients. Nothing artificial and nothing out of season. All of the fruits that I use for our cakes and jams are hand picked locally when they are at their peak of freshness. The apples and pears even come from my neighbors orchard. You will not find any other cakery that hand picks their own fruit, makes their own jams or extracts.
Vegan, Gluten-free, Organic, and Sugar-free cakes are available in most flavors. Be sure to ask about your favorite. With over 80 flavors to choose from, there is certainly something for everyone. But, if you would like to create your own flavor...just ask.
Along with cakes we also offer cupcakes and Sugar cookie party favors. And yes, there is a secret ingredient that makes mine the best you've ever had. The cookies are baked until they are perfectly done, light and soft with a sugar glaze. They compliment every party and wedding as take-home favors for your guests or children.
