Please know that while our kitchen is not certified gluten free, we do have GF and Nut-free bake days and take every precaution to eliminate cross-contamination of any ingredient you need to avoid. GF/V desserts are on average 15% more than the listed menu price.
Brownies and Bar Cookies
Fudge Marble Brownies... Our favorite fudge brownie swirled with sour cream vanilla bean cheesecake and packed with chocolate chips.
Pumpkin Crumb bars…Fresh Roasted Pumpkin, cheesecake swirl and graham-oat streusel
Chocolate Fudge Brownies...Just like it sounds these have been a staple in my kitchen for years. These fudge-like brownies go great with a tall glass of milk or heated and served a-la-mode
Almond Linzer bars...soft cookie-like brownie filled with raspberry jam and topped with cinnamon oat streusel.
Lemon Raspberry Blondies...Sweet raspberry jam and tart lemon. These blondies have replaced my grandmothers lemon bars at Christmas. Just don't tell my sister!
German Chocolate Brownie…Our fudge brownie with a twist. Topped with a blend of chewy caramel, coconut, pecans and chocolate chips.
Butterscotch Blondies…No chocolate here, just sweet goodness.
Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Stack...Our traditional fudge brownie on steroids!! Layers of Peanut butter and fudge brownie, Chocolate ganache, salted peanuts and mini chocolate chips. (bakers dozen $44)
Caramel Blondies... We start with the basics…butter, sugar, flour, eggs…add a few chocolate chips…Voila! It’s the one thing my husband will always hoard to himself. This recipe has been in the family since before I was born. I still love the bits stuck in the bowl and will often save a spoonful just for me.
Triple Chocolate Fudge…A blend of milk, dark and white chocolates can satisfy even the toughest critic. Topped with whipped ganache then drizzled with white and milk chocolate.
Hungarian Shortbread…Tender shortbread layered with your choice or chocolate or fresh jam. Raspberry-Almond, Roasted Hazelnut-Chocolate or Blueberry-Pecan
Whisky Fudge Bar…Sugar cookie base with creamy milk chocolate fudge. Topped with fresh cream and chocolate shavings.
